Pattern Baby Blanket “Fall Impressions” with Classic Granny Squares

Wouldn’t it be nice to have a blanket for Fall and for that special day – Halloween. When you go with your little one for “trick or treat” the blanket will match. Or even some fall time coziness 🙂

It is easy to make and you will have fun with it. And I have to say  no two of these granny squares are exactly alike. The blanket will be the size around of 80 x 90 cm. You can also purchase the crochet kit at my etsy shop.

I used Schachenmayr Bravo Acrylic Yarn with a 3,5 mm Hook
5 skein chocolate (08281)
1 skein natural (08200)
1 skein yellow (08201)
1 skein apricot (09232)
1 skein lime (08194)
1 skein fern (08191)
1 skein beige (08312)

I made 10 big granny squares : instructions A – J
and 32 little granny squares: instructions 1 – 32

The finished granny’s sew together according to the illustration. For the border crochet one Round in Yellow, Lime, Apricot and 3 Rounds in Chocolate.

  1. Hi! I love the afghan! I’m making it right now, just realized on block C you are missing a round… I think it was supposed to say 4 rounds in chocolate… Not 3
